Building the Successful Foundation
Most of my professional life in the last couple of decades can really be summarized by a lot of Business Analysis work. Some of this time has been spent as a dedicated BA, while the bulk of it has been in combination as a User Experience professional. As a User Experience professional I’m responsible for the overall success of a product, and most of that success is due to properly flushing out the business need and analyzing it for it’s best success.
My last two years of employment has been as a dedicated BA while also being the User Experience Lead for a technical company in the Microsoft Services department.
