Create a UX Vision

In the middle of all of the professionals, you need the right person to can create a vision and take it from a business need to a working application which which delights your end users. The person who is mostly responsible for creating that vision must be equally capable to help lead the team that will bring that design to life. There are a lot of different steps:

Business Analysis

Talking to the in-house experts, that’s where it all begins. What is their need, where are the pain points and how can it be best defined. These are some of the questions for a BA. It takes practice and skill to properly facilitate the efforts required to make a great product.

User Experience

Build a product that no one wants to use… that’s easy.

Create a product that truly engages an end user… that’s something must be carefully crafted from the very first idea. It’s in this area where a great User Experience Architect makes his trade.

Strategy and Management

Define the goals, bring them to the experience, plan the work, and take the correct actions to bring it all together. It’s not an easy feat, but it’s critical to bring everything to the desired finish. Each project is different and requires flexibility, experience, and the correct guidance.
